Your assessment

We collect your name, work email, company, role, assessment answers, optional contact details and AI objective to calculate, store and deliver your requested assessment. We also record referral and campaign information when available. Providing and administering the assessment is based on our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

Investor QuickScans also collect your fund, role, company context and optional deal stage to suggest diligence focus areas and respond to your enquiry. They use the same storage, retention and contact choices described here.

Contact is your choice

The optional callback checkbox gives permission to contact you about your assessment. It is never preselected. You can withdraw this permission at any time by email. We do not add you to a marketing list without separate consent.

Storage and service providers

Assessment information is stored in PostgreSQL. Our hosting and email providers process information to operate this service; Resend handles assessment emails. Depending on deployment regions, processing may occur outside the UK or EEA, subject to appropriate safeguards. Private report links grant access to your report: only share them with people you trust.

Retention and your rights

Unconverted assessment records are retained for up to 12 months unless an ongoing business relationship requires longer retention. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information, or object to processing. Contact cto@dunstan-alexander.com. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

We use session storage to retain assessment progress on your device. Admin access uses a secure session cookie. No advertising cookies or third-party analytics are enabled by default.
